We offer 4 different vintages of red wine with Protected Geographical Indication Pays d’Oc from 2019 and 2020
Our grapes were harvested at full maturity, vinified in concrete vats at 25°, pumping over and light shedding. 18 days vatting. Aging in vats.
All our wines are decanted for optimal tasting. Our farm has been in the process of conversion to Organic Farming since April 2020.

Grapes : 100% Shiraz
Tasting notes:
Appearance: Intense and dense, dense red color with purple reflections
Nose: violet, pepper, black fruit
Palate: rich wine with structured, dense and tender tannins
Food and wine: Pressed lamb from our Alpilles, strong juice with wild thyme
Sources 2019
Feeling happy and in our place by returning to the Sources of working the land
Grapes: 100% Grenache
Tasting notes:
Appearance: Limpid and brilliant red color
Nose: spicy and peppery ripe red fruits with notes of aromatic plants
Palate: full-bodied wine with supple and silky tannins
Food and wine: Supreme of guinea fowl stuffed with rosemary and its concentrated juice of candied tomatoes

Grapes : 65% Grenache, 35% shiraz
Tasting notes:
Appearance : Brilliant ruby red color
Nose: Candied black fruits, peppery spices, note of garrigue
Mouth: Tannins well coated in a melted structure with a note of very ripe red fruit
Food and wine: Sauteed beef cheek confit with garlic and savory

Grapes : 100% Marselan, blend of grenache noir and cabernet sauvignon
Tasting notes:
Appearance : Brilliant ruby red color
Nose: candied black fruits, liquorice
Mouth: ample, tannic structure is supple and elegant. We find the same aromas of candied black fruits and liquorice.
